Process

How it moves, step by step

  1. Day 1Consultation

We fix directors, shareholding, authorised capital and the state for your registered office.

  2. Day 1–2Digital signatures

DSCs are issued for directors after a quick video or OTP verification.

  3. Day 2–4Name approval

We search MCA and trademark records, then file SPICe+ Part A with two name options.

  4. Day 4–6Incorporation filing

    SPICe+ Part B, e-MOA, e-AOA and AGILE-PRO-S are filed together.

  5. Day 7–15Certificate issued

MCA issues the COI with CIN, PAN and TAN. We hand over the post-incorporation checklist.

Common mistakes we help you avoid

Choosing a name that's close to an existing trademark, which leads to rejection
Using an address proof older than two months
Setting authorised capital too high, which raises state stamp duty
Missing INC-20A within 180 days, which attracts a penalty on the company and directors

We are very happy with the services provided by AARAMBH Agency. They helped us register our Private Limited Company within a short time and guided us at every step. Their charges are also very reasonable compared to other agencies. As we were new to this, they explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process. Even after registration, they are still in touch with us and guiding us whenever needed. We really appreciate their support, professionalism, and friendly approach. Highly recommended for anyone planning to start a company 😊🤝

FAQ

Pvt Ltd questions

Didn't find yours? Ask directly. A real person replies.

All FAQs
Can a salaried employee be a director?

Yes, as long as your employment contract doesn't prohibit it. Many founders register while still employed.

Is there a minimum capital requirement?

No. There's no minimum paid-up capital. Most founders start with ₹10,000–₹1 lakh.

Can I use my home as the registered office?

Yes. A recent utility bill and an NOC from the owner are enough.

How long is the COI valid?

It's permanent. The company exists until it is formally closed.

Do I need GST immediately?

Only if your turnover crosses the threshold or you sell inter-state goods or online. We'll tell you if you need it now.
