We are very happy with the services…

We are very happy with the services provided by AARAMBH Agency. They helped us register our Private Limited Company within a short time and guided us at every step. Their charges are also very reasonable compared to other agencies. As we were new to this, they explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process. Even after registration, they are still in touch with us and guiding us whenever needed. We really appreciate their support, professionalism, and friendly approach. Highly recommended for anyone planning to start a company 😊🤝

FAQ

Questions founders ask us first

Didn't find yours? Ask directly. A real person replies.

All FAQs
How many people do I need to register a Pvt Ltd?

At least two directors and two shareholders, who can be the same two people. At least one director must be resident in India. If you're alone, an OPC works with one person.

What documents do directors need?

PAN, Aadhaar, a recent photo and an address proof such as a bank statement or utility bill. The registered office needs a recent utility bill plus a rent agreement or owner's NOC.

Why does the price differ by state?

Stamp duty on the MOA, AOA and incorporation is set by each state and depends on authorised capital. We quote the exact figure for your state before you pay anything.

What do I have to file after incorporation?

In year one: first board meeting within 30 days, auditor appointment, share certificates and INC-20A within 180 days. Then every year: AGM, AOC-4, MGT-7 and income tax, plus director KYC once every three years. Our compliance calendar lists them with dates.

Can I convert my LLP or proprietorship later?

Yes. Conversion to a Pvt Ltd is possible and common before fundraising. We'll explain what it involves so you decide today with the full picture.
